WASHINGTON -Kansas Governor Laura Kelly has released a photo of her White House meeting with President Trump.

"I think one of the most significant things is that when we put out a cry for help about the meatpacking plants", she said.

Relief Coming to America's Farmers and Ranchers
The program eliminates earlier per-commodity payment limits, but maintains overall payment limits. There is a payment limitation of $250,000 per person or entity for all commodities combined.

A YouTube video of a session with reporters showed Trump touting his administration's handling of the coronavirus pandemic. Kelly says the state was able to create temporary quarantine living quarters by working with hotels, college campuses and the Trump administration.

Since the pandemic threatened the meat supply chain in meatpacking plants, President Trump declared them critical infrastructure in late April.

Trump says there has been tremendous bipartisanship with Democrat Governors like Kelly while responding to coronavirus.
