The Prince of Wales has hailed the "dedication, resilience and hard work" of Britain's postal workers throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

The profile picture used on Kensington Royal accounts used to be a pic of the royal couple in the gardens of their Anmer Hall Norfolk home.

The snap was taken in 2018, and shared by the Cambridges as Christmas card on that same year.

The pic was originally captured when Middleton, William and their three children, Prince George (6), Princess Charlotte (4) and Prince Louis (2), gathered outside their country estate (where they are now self-isolating) to honor healthcare workers who are on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic.

When it comes to social media, even Kate Middleton and Prince William like to change things up sometimes.

As the Sussex Royal Instagram account was created, Kate and William changed their profile picture to display only members of their family.

Per People, Mais House was hosting a virtual party in honor of VE Day and upon the Cambridges digital arrival, were greeted with waving flags and cheers. Kate, alongside her husband Prince William, participated in the video call in honor of Victory in Europe Day, which marks the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II.

Explaining how he ended the war as a sergeant stationed in Greece, Mr Ward said: "VE Day was very good - I had to go round and give all the men a drink of rum".

The Duke of Cambridge joked: "I bet you were the hero of the time, delivering rum out to everybody".

"He would be really honoured to come and speak to you, so maybe another time George can have a quick chat with you to hear all your stories as well", the duchess said.

"Because we can't be together, everyone's still thinking of you all today, and are very proud of everything you've achieved", William said.

Kate and William are spending lockdown at their Norfolk home with their children. Last week, Middleton made an appearance on British TV show This Morning to discuss her latest project, Hold Still, and opened up about the challenges of homeschooling her children.
