When Lana Del Rey push a blow of mouth, his sisters were well behaved. That would typically be good news to an entertainer-in this case Lana Del Rey-but in this case, much of the attention was negative, reports the Daily Dot. Social media users were quick to point out that most of the women Del Rey mentioned in her post are Black or Latina and therefore have to deal with systemic racism on top of the sexist criticism they regularly endure.

Early thursday singer Lana Del Rey issued a statement asking "the culture, quot; when she could sing songs about love again, even if the relationship is not flawless". The singer called out artists like Beyoncé, Ariana Grande, Camila Cabello, Doja Cat and others for landing No. 1 hits about "being sexy" and "wearing no clothes".

In a letter posted on Instagram, she wrote that she is "fed up with female writers and alt singers saying that I glamorize abuse when in reality I'm just a glamorous person singing about the realities of what we are all now seeing are the very prevalent emotionally abusive relationships all over the world". None of the artists she named have responded yet. The pop star shared that her new album will be out September 5, an announcement that was buried in a lengthy, controversial statement posted to Instagram.

The singer opened up about her past relationships, saying that she has been "honest and optimistic" about her experiences.

Trump blames China's 'incompetence' for global coronavirus death toll
It's not clear what "wacko in China" Trump is referring to in his tweet, though, like most of his intel, he probably saw it on Fox News.

Del Rey said she is "not not a feminist" and is looking for a place in feminism for "women who look and act" like her. It's about advocating for a more delicate personality, not for white woman - thanks for the Karen comments tho.

"Bro. This is sad to make it about a WOC issue when I'm talking about my favorite singers".

Go off, Queen of Summertime Sadness!

Closing the message, Lana added she's determined to "detail some of my feelings in my next two books of poetry", and teased "there will be tinges of what I've been pondering in my new album that comes out September 5th".
