YouTube Star Corey La Barrie Dead at 25 in Car Crash

La Barrie, in the passenger seat, took the brunt of the crash and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

".Everyone deserves to know, my brother Corey passed away last night in a auto accident with his drunk friend driving", Jarrad wrote.

According to local law enforcement, 25-year-old La Barrie and a passenger, fellow YouTuber and tattoo artist Daniel Silva, were driving a McLaren sports auto when the two "somehow crashed into a street sign and tree".

Clips from social media show La Barrie drinking and dancing in his LA home earlier on Sunday.

Silva appeared on the Ink Master: Angels season of the popular show.

Below is the somewhat ominous final video that Corey La Barrie posted on Sunday to his YouTube page, which now has over 335,000 subscribers.

We're sending our deepest condolences to Corey's family, friends, and loved ones.

On Monday, La Barrie's mother Lisa Harrison (Burton) confirmed her son's death on Instagram, writing, "My heart breaks right now, on my son's 25th birthday ... he was very drunk and got into a vehicle with a drunk driver". No words can describe the sadness I feel in [losing] a child. "This is the hardest thing I've ever had to do, I don't how I'm supposed to do this without you".

His final tweet said: 'Thank you for the birthday wishes love you guys!

After news of the accident and Corey's death, the YouTube community came together to pay tribute to him on social media.

The 25-year-old YouTuber was part of a duo with fellow content creator Crawford Collins, boasting over 104k subscribers on their joint channel. He didn't deserve to die. You be dearly missed Corey, ' one fan tweeted Monday. I am devastated. I'll remember the laughs forever.
