The Skywalker Saga is now coming out in early 2021.

The victor of the best action game during gamescom's Opening Night event today was Star Wars: Squadrons, featuring gameplay of an Imperial mission via the single-player story mode. The video-game will allow you to play through all nine films in the Skywalker Saga as you "experience fun-filled adventures, whimsical humor, and the freedom to fully immerse yourself in the LEGO Star Wars universe like never before". The game is also confirmed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

South Korea's doctors announce 3-day strike
Training or gatherings of more than two people are also banned unless masks are worn, the defence ministry said in a statement. South Korea reported 280 new infections on Tuesday, continuing a triple-digit rise in new daily cases since last week.

However, the bad news is that when this gameplay trailer was announced today, it came alongside a delay for the game's release date. The physical version of the Deluxe Edition will have the LEGO Star Wars minifigure Luke Skywalker with Blue Milk. The team at TT Games has genuinely tried to push the gameplay forward, which is evident in the trailer. While the Star Wars movies have seen various LEGO games released based on them over the years, this one has every chapter of the Skywalker saga rolled into one. The game is slated to be released on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 2, 2020. The British developer has continued to pump out sequels, spin-offs, and ports, working on a number of legendary properties including Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, The Lord of the Rings, Marvel, DC, and of course, Star Wars. It also comes jam-packed with the trademark humour that the LEGO games are known for. You'll be able to experience the game's "authentic Star Wars story" inside the cockpits of eight separate classes of starfighter from both the New Republic and the Empire, and the game will feature full VR support for both its campaign and multiplayer modes.
