After Sushant Singh Rajput's shocking and untimely demise last month, there has been an uproar in Bollywood. Rhea added in her plea, "In peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case filed by at the instance of Krishna Kishore Singh".

She mentioned the multiple death and rape threats she recieved online after the actor's passing, and has lodged a complaint against the threats with the Mumbai police a while back.

She mentioned that she had a live-in relationship with for a year but she shifted out of his home a week before his death.

However, she has requested Supreme Court to transfer the case from Bihar to Mumbai. But Rhea Chakraborty did not allow the actor to do so and allegedly coerced him into staying.

They then analysed sarsen outcrops from across England and compared their chemical composition with a piece of the returned rock. As for the larger boulders, known as sarsens (or more technically duricrust silcrete), that has remained a matter of dispute.

He also alleged that the actress was aided by her family members, including parents, since they all were looking to purloin the assets of his son worth crores of rupees and started interfering in all aspects of his life. Rhea Chakraborty was not married to Sushant Singh Rajput.

After the FIR, Rhea Chakraborty's lawyers filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking a transfer of the FIR to the Mumbai Police.

She said Sushant's domestic help had informed her about Rhea's black magic activity. He added, "What do you think about the mental condition of a father whose son has died and has just visited the cremation ground? The family did not lodge an FIR in Mumbai".

Anil Deshmukh, Maharashtra Home Minister, on Wednesday, July 29, ruled out handing over the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and asserted the Mumbai Police will continue to investigate the case.

Booked by the Bihar police as well as the Enforcement Directorate in connection with actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death, actor Rhea Chakraborty issued a video statement on Friday. She said that truth will prevail.
