While some people are discussing Kardashian's feet, others are still talking about her controversial social media post earlier this week, in which she confessed she'd whisked her "closest inner circle" away to a private island to celebrate her 40th birthday. Kim Kardashian is heard saying: "We're just anxiously awaiting the results for Khloe to see if she has it or not".

In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the 36-year-old reality star confirms her diagnosis.

"Just found out that I do have corona", she says. "I have been in my room. The rich really don't have sympathy for the poor and don't have the common sense to see how shoving it in people's faces is bad", one user wrote in response.

As far as the symptoms Kardashian had experienced, which can vary from person to person, she described suffering from intense headaches, vomiting, shaking and hot and cold flashes.

She wrote: "Now that I have your attention".

She continued: 'I suffer from migraines but this was the craziest headache, I wouldn't say it was a migraine'.

Khloe also suffered from a serious cough and had bad headaches and a burning chest.

Soon after, there were thousands of jokes trolling the Kardashian clan for their vacation amid the pandemic.

Kim Kardashian West made a decision to share with Twitter Tuesday that she whisked away her "closest inner circle" to a private island, where they could "pretend things were normal for just a brief moment in time".

"Let me tell you, that shit is real", adds Kardashian.

Meanwhile, Kylie was also not present for Kim's 40th birthday episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Kim Kardashian has come under criticism for arranging a lavish birthday bash during the coronavirus pandemic.
