A person who appeared to be flying with a jetpack was reported near Los Angeles International Airport again on Wednesday

Earlier this year, a pilot from Jetman Dubai, a team of pilots trying to push the boundaries of autonomous human flight, flew almost 6,000 feet up using a jetpack in a flight that lasted three minutes.

The Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement to the newspaper that "a China Airlines crew reported seeing what appeared to be someone in a jet pack at an approximate altitude of 6,000 feet, about seven miles northwest of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday". It started at 1:45 PM local time when the crew of a China Airlines Flight 006 (bound for LAX) - a Boeing 777 inbound from Taipei - informed air traffic controllers of a flying object, reports Popular Mechanics.

"They'd run out of fuel, they use fuel too quickly", Mayman said, adding that a typical flight time for a jetpack is just 5 to 10 minutes. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) stated that federal officials are now investigating the matter.

On Aug. 30, two different airline pilots reported a person flying with a jetpack at about 3,000 feet near LAX, according to the FAA.

"American 1997, OK, thank you. Were they off to your left or right side?" the tower operator asked.

"Tower, American 1997. We just passed a guy in a jet pack", the American Airlines pilot told air traffic controllers after the September sighting.

Flaunt Your Style at Your Office with Graceful Jewellery
This is why it is best to avoid jewellery that will draw unwanted attention and take away the focus from what you are presenting. A delicate diamond ring, a simple platinum or gold band looks great and works well with both Indian as well as western outfits.

Federal officials are looking into the second sighting in only six weeks!

Experts have expressed doubts about the seriousness or danger of the jet pack incidents.

David Mayman, CEO of L.A. -based Jetpack Aviation, told Van Cleave he was also doubtful it was a jetpack. "People would have heard it take off and land".

There are some doubts as to whether the thing that was spotted was actually a person.

It is unclear if the two incidents are related.
