Artist and trailblazer Miley Cyrus teamed up with global pop superstar Dua Lipa for "Prisoner", the highly anticipated second single from Miley's seventh studio album, Plastic Hearts, out November 27 via RCA Records. A month after seeing the two stars on the set of the clip in the streets of NY, we can finally discover "Prisoner"! "I can't wait [to hear her Metallica covers album] - that's going to be great", Halford tells the Life in the Stocks podcast.

The news elicited a myriad of reactions both positive and negative, but Halford has shared his support for the former Hannah Montana star.

The total public sector wage bill, including the cost of employer pension contributions, is around £190 billion, the report says.

"Prisoner out now. Big love to the whole gang who helped put this together directed by Alana O'herlihy + Miley", Lipa tweeted.

"Prisoner" will feature on Miley's forthcoming album "Plastic Hearts", which is out on November 27th and includes a collaboration with Billy Idol.

The video definitely channels the 1980s in the best way, with Cyrus decked out in leather and fishnets as she and Dua Lipa grab the wheel of a tour bus.
