Update Pretty Ricky's Spectacular Smith Slams"One-Sided Reports on Arrest

Reality TV personality Spectacular Blue Smith of "Love & Hip Hop: Miami" on VH1 (also a member of the hip-hop group Pretty Ricky) is facing charges after punching a Walt Disney World Cast Member while in line for an attraction at Disney's Animal Kingdom. (The worker) told Smith what he said was not amusing. With that said, there's 2 sides to every story and since this story is bigger than me and the color of my skin, I'll wait till my attorney gives the green light. A nearby Cast Member told him the gesture wasn't amusing, to which Smith replied "I thought it was".

That's when, according to the police report, Smith punched the employee on the right side of the jaw/temple area. When SBS refused, the employee allegedly put his arm out to stop the rapper from moving. Thanks for your support.

"Smith's son reportedly told police that his dad had accidentally struck the employee as he lost his balance" the outlet stated.

After the incident occurred, the Disney employee called upon police and told the reporting officers that he "stumbled and fell" and he "was in shock and thought he might've lost consciousness" from Smith's punch. One witness, according to police, confirmed hearing the verbal exchange between Smith and the employee. He ended his post with "Y'all know my character". Others say they saw Smith land the punch.

It was reported that Smith was arrested for hitting a Disney World employee on Sunday (November 29) over an altercation that stemmed from Smith jokingly shouting "coronavirus" after pretending to sneeze.

The worker was eventually diagnosed with a concussion, contusion and bruising to the head at Horizon West Hospital.
