Former Aide Accuses Governor Cuomo of Sexual Harassment, Unwanted Kiss

"As we said before, Ms. Boylan's claims of inappropriate behavior are quite simply false". "His inappropriate behavior toward women was an affirmation that he liked you, that you must be doing something right".

The Cuomo Administration has denied all of the allegations in the Medium piece. Her claims include the Governor kissing her on the lips behind closed doors, sending her roses on Valentine's Day, and saying "Let's play strip poker" on a flight back to the state capital on a state-owned airplane in 2017. "I was in shock, but I kept walking", Boylan wrote.

Boylan, like Cuomoa Democrat, is running for Manhattan borough president.

Boylan said her immediate boss had informed her early in her job that the governor had a "crush" on her, and that aides to the governor would keep tabs on her whereabouts.

The office shared in a press release that they claim are all flight manifests from October 2017, none of which show Boylan "alone with the Governor, a single press aide, and a NYS Trooper". The Governor is also accused of king that Boylan looked like one of his ex-girlfriends, and that the two should play strip poker. Former senior advisor John Maggiore, former Empire State Development CEO Howard Zemsky, Cuomo's former press secretary Dani Lever and former first deputy press secretary Abbey Fashouer Collins said, "We were on each of these October flights and this conversation did not happen".

Boylan's allegations come as Cuomo faces a firestorm of criticism for the alleged cover up of nursing home deaths and threatening other lawmakers, including Assemblyman Ron Kim (D-Queens), who went public last week accusing the governor of threatening to "destroy" him.

Cuomo was first elected governor in 2010, and re-elected in 2014 and 2018.

Law Officer is the only major law enforcement publication and website owned and operated by law enforcement. Customers who want to frequent the gun range generally go around to the side entrance of the building.

Boylan says the governor's alleged harassment was not directed only at her, but was pervasive: "He made unflattering comments about the weight of female colleagues". His current term ends in January 2023. You could be sisters.

Personnel records from her time with Team Cuomo reveal that Boylan left her post under an administrative cloud.

In an essay published to Medium Wednesday, Lindsey Boylan -who worked as a special advisor to Cuomo in 2018- charged that the Governor asked her to play strip poker and kissed on the lips without her permission.

'At the time, which was, I believe, April of a year ago, the president spoke out and said, positive things about a range of governors - Democrats and Republicans - who are stepping in when there was a vacuum of leadership at the federal level, when they were getting no information, when they were getting no help, and no guidance from the former Trump administration, ' she noted. "I told myself 'it's only words.' But that changed after a one-on-one briefing with the Governor to update him on economic and infrastructure projects", she wrote. "I support that", he said at the time.

A message allegedly from a top Cuomo aide in 2016 told Boylan she should look up Lisa Shields, suggesting she could be her "better looking sister". We are accustomed to powerful men behaving badly when no one is watching.

"As a former employee rights attorney, I have represented far too many women who have been subjected to sexual harassment in the workplace".
