Marjorie Taylor Greene 'should be arrested': GOP 'bully' blasted for confrontation with AOC

The paper's reporters saw Greene pursue Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and shout at her. As Ocasio-Cortez reportedly remained silent, Greene told onlookers that the lawmaker was afraid to debate the Green New Deal.

"You don't care about the American people", Greene yelled.

Anyway, the confrontation was actually pretty one-sided with MTG challenging AOC to a debate on global warming and accusing her of supporting "terrorists".

The episode erupted on Wednesday afternoon after Ocasio-Cortez had criticized the Biden administration's stance on Israel. Ocasio-Cortez didn't stop walking, so Greene "picked up her pace and began shouting at her and asking why she supports antifa" and yelled that Ocasio-Cortez was "failing to defend her "radical socialist" beliefs by declining to publicly debate the freshman from Georgia".

'They need to defend their legislation to the people.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Thursday that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's "verbal assault" on Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was "so beyond the pale" that it should be investigated by the House Ethics Committee. Added spokeswoman Lauren Hitt: "We hope leadership and the Sergeant at Arms will take real steps to make Congress a safe, civil place for all Members and staff-especially as many offices are discussing reopening".

Orders for nursing homes and assisted living facilities will remain in place. "What you have done has truly worked", he said. When Ohio gets down to 50 cases per 100,000 people for two weeks, all health orders will be revoked, the governor said.

Greene then turned to nearby reporters and called Ocasio-Cortez a "chicken". A neighboring congresswoman, Marjorie Newman, put an LGBTQ flag on her office door, which led to MTG putting a sign up directly across the hallway: "There are TWO genders".

She accused President Joe Biden of issuing a "blanket statement" that failed to acknowledge the root causes of the crisis which included the Israeli police raid of the Al-Aqsa mosque and the looming evictions of dozens of Palestinians from their homes in East Jerusalem.

While the 46-year-old hasn't responded to Hogg's comments, she's still releasing statements on Twitter to share her opinion about AOC and the security concerns she's raised since the encounter.
